These terms apply when you use victorybioforge.com or buy from Victory Bio Forge ("we", "us"). Please read them before ordering.
1. Research use only
Our products are research chemicals sold for laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA for any use. You agree not to use, sell, or give any product for use in or on people or animals.
2. Who can buy
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You are buying for a laboratory, research institution, or qualified researcher, and you or your staff are trained to handle research chemicals safely.
- You are responsible for making sure buying, receiving, owning, and using our products is legal where you are.
We may ask you to confirm your research affiliation, and we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. What we won't do
We don't give dosing, administration, or human or animal use advice, and nothing on our site or packaging is medical advice. We will cancel orders and close accounts where anything suggests a product is meant for use in people or animals. Canceled orders are refunded in full.
4. Product information and lab reports
Each lot is tested by an independent lab, and its report describes that specific lot. Reports marked "Sample" are examples and don't describe a product you can buy. We work to keep product information accurate. If we find an error, we'll correct it and may cancel affected orders with a full refund.
5. Orders, pricing, and payment
Our catalog is opening soon. Once it opens, prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or suspected misuse.
6. Shipping, damaged items, and returns
Shipping, damaged or incorrect items, and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Safe handling
You are responsible for storing, handling, and disposing of products safely and lawfully, using appropriate lab practices and protective equipment.
8. Warranty
We promise that each product matches the lab report for its lot when it ships. Beyond that promise, and to the extent the law allows, products are provided "as is" without any other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm that comes from using a product in a way these terms don't allow.
10. Your responsibility
You agree to cover claims, losses, and costs against us that result from your misuse of a product, your breaking these terms, or your breaking any law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Victory Bio Forge is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in effect when they were placed.
